About Heather

Heather began practicing yoga over ten years ago, initially attracted to its physical benefits. Over time, she became deeply connected to its introspective and spiritual aspects and leaned on these tools to navigate through college and young adulthood.

 

In 2020, she earned her 200-hour certification from Erica Stanzione at Flow Yoga in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, and aims to provide her students with the same mindful and intentional experiences that have enriched her practice and life over the years.

 

Her vinyasa flow style links movement with breath, catering to all levels and encouraging students to challenge themselves while respecting their bodies' limits. Heather enhances each class with a carefully chosen playlist and theme, allowing her students to go beyond the physical practice. Overall, she aims to ensure everyone leaves class feeling like they accomplished what their individual practice needed in that moment - or just simply feeling better connected to their mind, body, and soul.
