From Root to Crown: Spring Clearing Workshop

“Spring cleaning” doesn’t just have to refer to tidying up our physical spaces. When the seasons change, our energetic bodies could use a tune-up as well. Utilizing the Chakra system, this workshop will allow you to dive deep into these energy centers in the body, making space for the season ahead and realigning back to yourself. This will be an intentional, slow-flow practice with an emphasis on breath and Chakra alignment. Wrapped up with an extended, guided meditation, this is an evening to connect, clear, and release.
